This 1 hour lesson will get you up and on your way. Basic techniques of climbing, belaying and safety are covered. The lessons include day pass, instruction and all the rental equipment - harness, climbing shoes, chalk, chalk bag and helmet if you wish to use it. Once you have finished you can climb until your endurance gives out or we close up. The average persons stay is about 2.5 hours. We are fully insured facility and therefore must request that each participant (or parent/legal guardian for children under age of 16) sign an amateur athletic waiver for insurance purposes prior to participating. Please note: Beginner lesson is mandatory for those who haven't had any previous lesson or fail belay test. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by adults.
